The analysis of performance before and after ERP implementation: a case of a manufacturing company

Machines and technology have been known for saving the efforts so time of human race. Thus in gravity consideration to this point, companies are required innovate their process practices improve productivity. The present research was conducted at ABC manufacturing company having three departments i.e. A, B, C. significant impact after ERP implementation terms time-saving has reflected research. nature working is different all departments; that`s why each department its business development team. case implemented an industrial financial system (IFS) 2020 whole properly followed IFS. In study, flow documents consumption on step obtaining approvals from various authorities covered, saved IFS also revealed detail.
